Shipping & Delivery
We currently offer UK delivery only.
We aim to get your order on its way as soon as possible. Please allow 2–3 working days for dispatch, as each order is carefully packed before it leaves us.
Our standard UK postage is £4.50 via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once your parcel is on its way, we'll be able to keep an eye on its progress using the tracking information provided.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
Need something in a hurry, or have a special delivery requirement? Just drop us an email before placing your order and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.
We’re also mindful of the impact our packaging has on the planet. Wherever possible, we use sustainably sourced and recyclable packaging to help reduce our environmental footprint.
Returns Policy
We hope you love your stationery, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite to plan.
As our products are made and packed especially for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or returns for unwanted items, incorrect orders or simply changing your mind.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know. Just email us as soon as possible with a few clear photos of the item and its packaging, and we’ll be happy to look into it and find the best way to put things right - whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
If your parcel has been damaged during delivery, we’ll raise this with Royal Mail on your behalf in line with their policies. Our standard delivery services include compensation cover of up to £20 with Royal Mail 2nd Class and up to £75 with Royal Mail Tracked 48, subject to Royal Mail’s terms and conditions.
We always want to make things as straightforward as possible, and nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Our website is hosted through Wix, and information required to process your order may be securely handled by Wix, our payment provider and delivery services such as Royal Mail.
